Summary:
Responsible for the timely set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of the venue site. Ensure all venue needs are met to conduct a successful event.
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Venue Coordinator perform operational duties to ensure the timely and proper installment of all apparatus necessary to conduct the sports competition/s
Placement of all equipment and facilities necessary to accommodate spectators, VIP, volunteer staffing, including but not limited to seating areas, entrances, hospitality areas, and signage
Assist with the transportation of all equipment
Assist with the placement of venue look items (i.e. banners, flags, etc.)
Execute labor tasks required for the set-up, breakdown, and cleaning of all equipment and facilitates at venue including fencing, garbage disposal, material handling, and moving, etc
Must be able to lift 50 to 80 lbs
Assist in the execution of the "Crisis Management Plan"
